1. General Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of JITDeliveries: You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent. You agree to provide accurate information when placing orders. JITDeliveries may suspend accounts that violate our policies. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other conditions.
2. Payment and Refund Policy
Our payment and refund policy is as follows: Payments must be completed before delivery unless cash on delivery is selected. Refunds are only issued in cases of cancelled orders, failed deliveries, or undelivered items. Refunds may take 3-7 business days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. We may withhold refunds if fraudulent activity is suspected.
3. Delivery Policy
Delivery policy for JITDeliveries: Standard delivery time in Tamale is between 30 minutes and 2 hours. Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and order size. Customers must provide accurate address and landmark details. If the customer is unavailable, the rider will wait for 10 minutes before marking the order as failed delivery.
4. User Responsibilities
As a user of JITDeliveries, you agree to: Provide accurate and updated personal details. Ensure payment methods used are valid. Treat riders and staff with respect. Not misuse or attempt to exploit the platform.
5. Account Suspension Policy
JITDeliveries may suspend or terminate accounts if: Fraudulent activity is detected. Multiple failed deliveries are recorded. Abusive behavior towards riders or staff occurs. The account violates our terms and policies.
